Our coach blows the whistle,
We’re running around the gym.
I just want to start drills,
And work towards another 15-0 win.
This team is super cool,
Not gonna lie.
We got a lot closer,
And we eat a lot of Popeye’s.
Badminton isn’t a sport,
That’s what people say.
You can still call it a “hobby,”
But we’ll work hard anyway.
Before we could play some more,
Our season came to an end.
Seniors don’t get a Senior Night.
I want to see the team again.
We’ll never know if we’ll be League Champs,
For the second year in a row.
Yeah, that really sucks,
Still ended our last cheer with “MARZOUQ” though.
After this whole quarantine thing is over,
And the team has time to spare,
Then Bintang on Friday night?
Be there or be square.
